We appreciate that sometime things can go wrong. But most of the time they are an easy fix. Things like a door dropping or a sealed unit failing. Simply report your service call request below and we will be in touch.

Call Out Charges And Repair Fees

Where your service call request is outside of your warranty period or where there is a missed appointment the following fees are payable:

  • Minimum Call Out Fee - £75 .00
  • Labour Fee - £35.00 per hour
  • Missed Appointment Fee - £75.00
  • Parts - Priced Individually Depending On Repair

An out of warranty claim or a claim under warranty where it is found the damage is caused by deliberate or malicious acts, improper use or maintenance, storm damage, accidental damage, general wear and tare, colour fading, natural settlement, water damage from floods or damages caused by natural disasters or the product being used for a purpose that it was not intended would incur a minimum call out fee of £75.00. This fee includes the first hour of diagnostics. Subsequent hours are charged at £35.00 per hour with any parts being an additional extra. The parts are charged on an individual basis depending on the repair and will be communicated to you before they are ordered. Payment for the parts will be due prior to order.

Labour is only covered under warranty for the first 12 months following the installation of the product. Labour is charged at £35 per hour. Where the parts are covered under warranty these will be supplied Free Of Charge. Please see the reverse of your contract for details about the warranty length and items that are covered.

If you need to amend the date or time of your arranged service call please allow us at least 48 hours notice (two working days). We do not class weekends as working days and therefore the an appointment arranged for a Monday or Tuesday should be canceled or rearranged on the Friday before. Failure to notify us in time or our fitters being unable to gain access to the property on the day the repair was arranged to take place will generate a charge of £75.00 per missed appointment. Payment of this charge would need paid before another date can be arranged to attend the property regardless of warranty status.
